Writing this post makes me sad. Jodie (Camie's human) is a friend of mine from college and when I saw on Facebook that her beloved fur baby was ill, I offered to do a quick photo shoot for her. I went over to their home and took the photos in their backyard. Poor Camie really wasn't feeling great, so we didn't want to stress her too much or make her move around much. I also snapped a few casual family photos too. Nothing was posed and there are no cheesy smiles, but there is a lot of love.

The reason this blog post is so sad is because Camie passed away a few days after this shoot. :-( My heart was heavy when I was editing the proofs for Jodie. I just know Camie is having fun up in Doggie Heaven and no longer in pain. It's so hard to lose a fur baby, and I wanted Jodie to have some photos to remember Camie by.
